| Sensible Music was
nominated for "Recording of the Year" by the Massachusetts Country
Music Awards Association in '98.
According to
CDNOW, people who bought "Sensible Music..." are into wildly eclectic
stuff: 17th century organ music, contemporary Greek composer Terzakis,
a techno-funk group, "dark" folk-pop with lyrics about "emotional
wreckage" and public television's romantic stringmeister Andre Rieu and
his Johann Strauss Orchestra! We think Bob Wills would have liked Rieu,
but Bill Monroe was known to prefer Ray Charles on any available
jukebox. |
